Abbey's Road (inscribed, one of Abbey's own copies)
NY: Dutton, 1979. First edition. Hardcover. One of Edward Abbey's own copies, inscribed by him on the the front free endpaper and given away: "For Katherine G., All the best, Ed Abbey." Also on the FFEP is his ownership signature and note, "ex libris Abbey," struck through at the moment of the inscription. "Abbey" is also written on the lower text block face as was Abbey's habit for his own library. A fantastic copy as such. Unfortunately we don't know who Katherine is. A late essay collection from Abbey. Fine with a slim hint of browning to free endpaper edges; still fine. In a fine jacket that's remarkably clean considering it's white. Fine / Fine. Item #1834
