Laid in are photocopies of a praise-filled New York Times review by Christopher Lehman-Haupt and an article about Campbell winning the Houghton Mifflin Prize, given annually by the publisher to one of its books for literary merit (usually given to a book of fiction). Blurbs by Terry Tempest Williams, Edward Hoagland, Bill McKibben, Chet Raymo, Richard Nelson and others.
